Na Trì Mucan Beaga (The Three Little Pigs in Gaelic)
Details
Translated by Seumas R. MacDhòmhnaill; illustrated by L. Leslie Burke.
Once there were three little pigs who left their mama to build new houses of their own. The Big Bad Wolf blew down the houses of straw and gorse and ate up the first two pigs! The third built a house of bricks the wolf couldn’t blow down, so he started playing tricks to catch the pig—but the pig was just as cunning as the wolf. Who will emerge victorious, and who will be eaten? A Scottish Gaelic translation.
